You should carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your purchase or use of our template club membership or templates implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

2. LICENSE
Our website grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use the web templates you acquire by membership or individual template purchase through our web site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company.

A) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED You may only use each individual product on two website (maximum Two domains), belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase same template once more in order to make another project with the same design. You can use the template for non-profit organization, they do not count the two website maximum.

If you wish to use the templates for multiple clients or sites, you should purchase our developers membership. The developer’s membership grants unlimited implementations of our templates as long as the usage complies with the rest of the Terms & Conditions.

B) MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You must also not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the xml descriptor file. You may however remove the copyright from the footer if needed.

C) UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.

D) ASSIGNABILITY
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Themesclub / JoomlaCrib division of CyHosting Corporation.

E) OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Themesclub / JoomlaCrib.

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

3. UPDATES
All templates are always designed for the latest version of Joomla, but we can give no guarantee, that the templates will run with future versions of these CMS’s. Members may use our helpdesk and knowledge base to address any issues related to software versions and updates.

4. DELIVERY

After we have successfully received your payment, your membership information will be emailed to the email address you provided. This may take up to 2 hour. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us and include your payment information is your email or use our online contact form.

5. OUR REFUND POLICY
Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the membership is made or product has been purchased, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read all our terms and conditions.

6. WARRANTY

Themesclub / JoomlaCrib does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, as there is currently no certification process for such components. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the showcase site. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates, as we cannot guarantee that Themesclub templates will work with all browser combination.

7. SUPPORT
We offer these templates and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and modules. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of Joomla site. A private members-only helpdesk and knowledge base is available to Our Template Club members. Themesclub does not commit to monitor these helpdesk or knowledge base, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions.

8. ANTIFRAUD CHECK
Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for longer term (around 20 hours) for more serious investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

Our company reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
